We never thought that less than two years after throwing open our doors and unleashing our beers upon Australian's we would be taking our beers overseas.
Earlier this year our beers sailed across the Tasman and launched in neighbouring New Zealand, with Kiwi’s embracing our Aussie brews. Then a couple of weeks back we landed in Hong Kong and discovered that the thirst for hoppy ales in Asia was as strong as anywhere in the world.
So it made sense that the next step would be the country which links both New Zealand and Hong Kong with our own… Great Britain.
This journey is made even more important as it marks the genesis of a new member of the Pirate Life family: Pirate Life Europe. A craft beer importation and distribution arm which will help make our beers available to the beer drinking masses throughout Europe.
But first things first. We will start by taking over the UK, one beer fan at a time. The plan is to fly in and hit as many bars and tastings as we can over a week. Starting December 9th.
So if you are a fan of Hoppy Beer, Aussie Beer or even just a fan of Beer come down and try one of our ales, come say gday, come help us celebrate this epic milestone in style. All the dates are listed above.
