Camping does not have to mean baked beans. Not that we have anything against a good tin of grub, when we're flat chat at the brewery tins will be our best friend. They are a relative of cans after all. That said, this trip we went all out with 15 mouths to feed. Giant chops, fire roasted (or purhaps tastefully burnt) chicken, oysters, and a lot of craft beer- though that goes without saying. On our last night I went gung ho with the test brew kit and cooked up a risotto with locally caught seafood. Fancy? Rustic? I'm not sure and I wouldn't want to toot my own horn but by all accounts it tasted bloody good. -R-
