Chef Louis Tikaram (Stanley Restaurant, Brisbane) has staged in restaurants around the globe from Barcelona to New York, in more recent times he headed to Los Angeles for the opportunity to run the kitchen at E.P. & L.P. for 5 years, where he incorporated Southern California’s fresh produce into dishes inspired by his unique cultural heritage.
Now Head Chef at Brisbane's Cantonese restaurant 'Stanley', Tikaram is here for one night to team up with PL crew to produce a tantalising array of pit-fired fare!
The $100 per head, Thursday evening sessions will include: a schooner on arrival + roaming snacks around the fire-pit, shared entrée, shared main and dessert. Not to mention PL’s full range of brewery fresh beers will be available for purchase on the night.
