Ours is brewed according to traditional techniques using only the highest quality ingredients, so it’ll be at home wherever good froths are poured.
In the pint, it’s light gold in colour, with a fluffy head of foam. Expect aromas of water cracker, allspice and nashi pear, thanks to German hops and a clean fermenting yeast.
On the palate, it’s clean and sharp, with fine bready notes, malt sweetness and a sprinkling of white pepper.

Originally brewed as a collaboration with the Port Admiral hotel in Port Adelaide, Port Local was released nationally in February of 2019. Born in our new home at Port Adelaide, this beer is brewed according to traditional German techniques with the highest quality natural ingredients. 42 days in tank means that the subtle flavours and aromas have time to fully integrate, yeast can settle and the clarity develops.
